All you need to do as a T-Mobile subscriber is to place a call to customer service by dialing 611 from your phone and requesting to change your Caller ID name.

  • Navigate to the Sprint website and sign in to your account
  • Click the My Preference tab
  • Tap on Change Caller ID Name
  • Input your new details
  • Then tap the Save

Making changes to your Caller ID name via AT&T is easy and can be done via its website. Knowing the Caller ID name shows when a call is placed through to the landline. This change doesn’t have any effect on the name someone saved your contact with.

Do note it may take up to 24 hours for the changes made to reflect.

For Verizon App

Using the My Verizon mobile app you change your Caller ID in steps;

  • Open the app, tap the Account tab
  • Tap Manage device for your mobile number
  • Click Share Name ID
  • Make edits to the name. Check I accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Finally, tap Update
